By executing this agreement, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for the application fee, deposit or any other legitimate charges to your credit card made by, MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC or d/b/a Muse Art Fair. This agreement authorizes MUSE Art Fair to automatically deduct any outstanding balances from the credit card provided. All sales are final. Florida Sales Tax of 7% will be applied to the full amount of the Booth Package upon acceptance. Payments made via cash, certified bank check, or wire transfer reflect a 4% discount.
Payments made using credit cards are not entitled to the cash, certified bank check, or wire transfer discount and the applicable fees will be recalculated accordingly. A $35.00 wire fee will be added to bank transfers. For wire transfer details contact (305) 417-8278 or info@museartfair.com. Please include gallery / solo artist name on the wire to insure proper credit. Certified Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks only and made payable to:
