Art Fair Agreement

Exhibitor Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is made by and between MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC d/b/a MUSE Art Fair, P.O. Box 331845, Miami, FL 33233 and applicant listed above ("Exhibitor") collectively "the Partied").

 

Agreement shall not take effect and there shall be no obligation by either party unless MUSE Art Fair issues a Notice of Acceptance and the Agreement is counter-executed by MUSE Art Fair. This Agreement shall be effective and binding on the Parties on the date countersigned by MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair d/b/a MUSE Art Fair, taking place on the noted dates and times of the current event. Failure by MUSE Art Fair to delivery fully executed Agreement shall not be construed to mean that Exhibitor is not` bound to this Agreement.

 

Exhibitors agree to be bound unconditionally by the MUSE Art Fair Regulations, MUSE Art Fair Exhibitor Agreement, Sponsorship Materials / Agreements, and the Venue Agreement.

 

If Exhibitor receives a Notice of Acceptance and is accepted to the Fair, the booth cost (and any applicable additional cost), shall be paid by Exhibitor in accordance with the assigned payment schedule. Payable in US dollars to MUSE Art Fair, no later than five (5) calendar days after Exhibitor's receipt of Notice of Acceptance, the deposit of either $500/100 sq. ft., $1000/200 sq. ft., or $1500/300 sq. ft., of the exhibitor space rental fee; $200. of the exhibitor sculpture rental fee.


Exhibitor agrees to pay the remaining balance upon receipt, quarterly or by each calendar month after deposit was made in accordance with the assigned payment schedule unless the fair date is 45 days or less, then all fees are due immediately. Any and all additional fees are due and payable by no later than Monday, October 31, 2022.

 

In the event the Exhibitor fails to make timely payments, MUSE reserves the right to reassign booth location and/or offer said booth location to other Exhibitors. This Agreement between the above named Exhibitor and MUSE along with the MUSE Exhibitor's Manual and the Art Fair Participation Agreement and Exhibition Regulations govern the terms and conditions of the Parties' relationship. Exhibitors shall remain fully responsible and liable for any and all obligations as set forth in this Agreement.
